What I’m about:

I’m a Master’s candidate at Northeastern studying Game Science and Design. I’m interested in how thoughtful game and UX design can unlock childlike creativity and expression in players. In my academic research, I specialize in understanding how narrative games, specifically CRPGs, create space to challenge our notions of gender, sexuality, and personal relationships through meaningful choice.

In addition to making games, I also do freelance web and interactive design for clients such as the Legal Defense Fund and the Yale Child Study Center.

Before Northeastern, I was a creative producer at FableVision Studios in Boston, MA, where spent three years following my dream of working in games. While there, I made educational games with clients that included the Library of Congress, the Georgia Department of Education, the National Gallery of Art, the Marsico Institute for Early Learning, Maryland Public Television, Georgia Public Broadcasting, and the Plimoth Patuxet Museum. In 2024, I got the chance to speak on a panel at PAX East called “Unlocking the Positive Potential of Gaming for Kids & Teens.”

As an undergrad at Tufts, I double-majored in Film & Media Studies and English and was heavily involved in the Tufts Daily as the Executive Arts & Pop Culture Editor.
